Ciro's Tavern Logo
In early 2015 the Design Works studio redesigned the logo for Ciro’s Tavern. For the conceptual phase, I visited the owners to learn more about the Ciro's Tavern and Hampton Court. I also collected photos of the tavern as well as the Hampton Court, focusing on the history, patterns and as many details as I could find.

Unlike the logo for Ciro's Tavern, there was no previous design work to draw upon for the Hampton Court logo. After a brief conceptual meeting, the design team conclusively agreed that the two-story stain glass windows in the dining hall had the significance worth becoming the logo. The tall stained-glass window was distinct in that it was sophisticated and played the important role of lighting the entire length of the dining hall.

After taking over as the studio Design Director, I had finished the website for Ciro's. I fixed the navigation, contributed multiple pages, added the news feed and fixed the CSS for the parallax feature.
